This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the rules and guidelines that govern your use of Streamza ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our services to broadcast, stream, or share content, you agree to comply with this Policy.
Violations of this Policy may result in the suspension or termination of your account, at our sole discretion, without refund.
1. Prohibited Content and Activities
When using Streamza, you agree not to broadcast, stream, upload, or share content that:
- Illegal Activities: Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law, or promotes/facilitates illegal acts (e.g., terrorism, drug trafficking, exploitation).
- Hate Speech and Harassment: Contains hate speech, discrimination, or derogatory remarks; involves bullying, intimidation, or threats of violence; encourages self-harm or suicide.
- Graphic Content: Contains sexually explicit content, pornography, nudity, gratuitous violence, or animal cruelty.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. (Please refer to our Copyright Policy).
2. Prohibited Technical Abuse
You also agree not to engage in technical abuse of our platform:
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or manipulate Streamza or the Web Studio.
- Overloading our servers, or the servers of third-party platforms, through spamming or denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of our application.
3. Third-Party Platform Rules
Streamza allows you to broadcast directly to third-party platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, etc. You must also adhere to the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of the respective platforms you are streaming to. A violation on their platform is considered a violation of this Policy.
4. Enforcement
We reserve the right to review streams/uploads (in the case of Web Studio) and investigate potential violations. We may issue warnings, temporarily suspend access, or permanently ban users who violate these terms.
