Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Streamza mobile application (the “App”) published by Probros (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you will comply with all applicable laws.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or distribute the App except as permitted by law.
3. Your content and conduct
You are solely responsible for everything you stream, record, or distribute using the App (“Your Content”) and for the stream keys and accounts you connect. You agree that you will not use the App to:
- broadcast or record content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or otherwise violates the rules of the platform you stream to;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- capture or record any person without the consent required by your local laws;
- distribute malware or attempt to disrupt the App or any third-party service.
We do not host, monitor or control Your Content — it goes directly to the third-party platform you choose or to your device. You retain all rights to Your Content.
4. Third-party platforms
The App lets you connect to third-party streaming platforms (such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Kick, Restream, or any Custom RTMP server). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are independent and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these platforms. We are not responsible for their availability, behavior, or any action they take regarding your account or content.
5. Subscriptions & billing
The App offers core features for free. Certain “PRO” features may be offered through an auto-renewing subscription purchased via Google Play Billing. If you subscribe:
- A subscription may include a free trial (e.g., 3 days). If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription and your Google Play account is charged. Unused trial time is forfeited if you subscribe earlier.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- Prices, features and plans may change; we will give notice of material changes as required.
6. Availability & changes
We may update, change or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. Streaming quality and reliability depend on your device, your network and the third-party platform, which are outside our control.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that streams will not drop or fail.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Punjab, Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts located there, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice in the App or on this website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
