Copyright & DMCA Policy

Streamza ("we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

1. Our Role as a Broadcaster

Please note that the Streamza mobile app acts primarily as a broadcasting tool that relays content directly from the user's device to third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch). We do not host or store live stream content on our servers. Therefore, the most effective way to remove infringing content broadcast via the app is to submit a DMCA notice directly to the platform where the content is hosted (e.g., YouTube or Twitch).

For our Web Studio, we temporarily process video files to relay them. We will remove or disable access to materials residing on our Web Studio servers that are claimed to be infringing.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed through our services, please submit a formal DMCA Takedown Notice with the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located (e.g., provide the username, the time of the stream, and a link).
Your address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that action was taken against you by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice to [email protected]. Your Counter-Notice must include your physical/electronic signature, identification of the material removed, a statement under penalty of perjury regarding the mistake, and your contact information along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Streamza has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
