Data Deletion Request

Last updated: June 12, 2026

Streamza has no user account. Your settings, stream keys and recordings live only on your device — so you can delete everything yourself in seconds, at any time, with no request needed.

Delete data stored on your device

This removes your saved settings and stream credentials:

  1. Open Android Settings → Apps → Streamza.
  2. Tap Storage & cache → Clear data.
  3. Or simply uninstall the app to remove all of its locally stored data.

Your recordings are saved in your device gallery; delete them there at any time.

Subscription data

If you purchased a Streamza Pro subscription, the purchase record is held by Google Play, tied to your Google account (we do not maintain any account for you). To request deletion of subscription data, email us using the address below; you can also manage or cancel the subscription anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions. Note that Google and we may need to retain certain transaction records to meet legal, tax and anti-fraud obligations.

Submit a deletion request

To request deletion of any data associated with your use of Streamza:

  1. Email probrostraders@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Tell us what you'd like deleted. If it relates to a subscription, include the approximate purchase date and the Google account region (do not send card numbers).

We will confirm and complete your request within 30 days. Because we do not maintain user accounts or store your content on our servers, most requests are resolved immediately by clearing app data on your device.

Types of data and how it is handled are described in full in our Privacy Policy.
